DBM Reflex of Taiwan Co., Ltd., a leading Reflex Reflector Electroform manufacturer, was founded in 1999 as a joint-venture company with DBM Reflex Enterprise of Canada & A Famous Taiwanese Automotive Lamp Maker , to meet the increasing demand of Asian auto lamps makers.
Reflex-Reflector Electroforms are optical inserts used in plastic injection molds to provide retro-reflection properties to optical polymer ( PMMA, PC) .
Electroforms -also called Eform, or RR insert- are used in automotive lamps, motorcycle lamps, bicycle reflectors, pavement markers, warning triangles and optical sensors.
Since its debut, DBM¡ ¯ s Taiwan team of Engineers and Technicians has produced nearly 3000 sets of custom-made electroforms for both OEM & AM customers.
